I was watching a program about a murder that took place 13/10-1997. The victim was Joel Harper whose own mother, Julie, was prosecuted for the crime. In the first trial she was convicted of murder and sentenced to 65 years in prison. In the second trial she literally got away with murder - the sentence was revoked and she was found not guilty. I happen to know that Julie Harper stabbed her own son to death. The prosecutors, Ed Parkinson and David Rands were therefore right!!!!!!!
